Creating a campaign is easy! Simply sign up for an account and complete required compliance and account verification during onboarding. Then follow the step-by-step process to set up your fundraising campaign. Campaigns raising over $10,000 or appearing high-risk undergo manual review before enabling payouts.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely! We use compliant payment processing infrastructure to securely process all transactions. We act as the merchant of record for all transactions, ensuring industry-leading encryption and security measures to protect all your payment information and personal data. All transactions are 100% digital with no physical goods or shipping required.
How are funds transferred to campaign organisers?
We collect contributions on behalf of campaign organisers and automatically transfer funds directly to their verified bank accounts (minus our platform fee). All campaign organisers must complete required compliance and account verification during onboarding before they can receive payouts.
What fees do you charge?
We charge campaign organisers a platform fee of 5–10% plus optional supporter tips. The platform fee is deducted from contributions before funds are automatically transferred to the organiser's verified bank account. All fees are clearly disclosed before you create a campaign or make a contribution.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued through our secure payment system within 30 days when requested by the campaign organiser. All refund requests must be submitted through the platform and are subject to review.
